OUR SIGN MATERIALS AND PROCESSES

We have been using the same steel sign panels since 1950. Our steel is made in USA with strict galvanizing specifications for rust and corrosion resistance to insure proper adhesion in our powder coating process. Since 1950, twenty gauge steel has been our choice of material for real estate signs. We recommend this material for all outdoor signage applications.

Reflective vinyl is applied to our twenty gauge powder coated steel panels. 3M® Scotchlite Reflective Sheeting is our preferred choice of material. Reflective signs are digitally printed with translucent inks so colors will reflect at night. Laminated with 3M® protective covering to provide extra UV protection and abrasion resistance.

You want it - we’ve got it. Available in 1/4 inch thickness, this product is our most economical sign material. Signs are lightweight and are available in popular sizes and orientations.

Sign-a-bond material is strong, durable and lightweight. Made of 3mm aluminum sheets with a heavy duty composite core is lightweight and rigid, this material is recommended as an alternative to our steel, powder coated sign panels.

A highly UV resistant polyester powder coat goes on every steel sign panel, as well as every angle iron frame. It features superior gloss and color retention, as well as excellent weather and scratch resistance.
